The 6 Week ‘Mind Body Happiness’ Challenge

The Challenge follows the The Mindful Gym Method, a unique system to achieve more happiness, more connection, less stress & anxiety and more confidence.

You’ll be doing around  20 mins a day following fun, yoga based workouts, 50% meditation & mindfulness, 50% physical yoga practice all alongside your own body positive, wellness community.

A 6 week challenge that’s broken down into manageable chunks working through each body part much like a personal training programme but with the soothing benefits of yoga. Think eastern yoga philosophy combined with modern western psychology and science backed mindset training techniques. A daily checklist tracks your progress and shows you where you left off so you can jump right back in. 

Each day is built up of several manageable components so when you are short on time you can take your meditation or breathwork in the morning, complete your yoga flow at lunch and have a chilled savasana in the evening.
